Ms. Rasselle Louise L. Mercado obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from San Sebastian College – Recoletos College of Law where she prepared a thesis study entitled “Re-examining the Union Security Clause in Light of the Constitutional Challenges: An Analysis.” She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Cebu Doctors’ University.

She was a student intern in Guzman Tanedo And Acain Law Offices and Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 38, Quezon City, where her vast knowledge in legal research, legal writing, legal document preparation, legal terminologies, file organization were honed. As a law student, she handled pro bono civil and criminal cases under the Philippines’ Law Student Practice Rule as a student intern in the Sebastinian Office Of Legal Aid.

As a co-managing director of the RM Group of Companies, she undertook leadership and supervisory roles in multiple family-owned businesses based in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, which include, among others, lodging facilities, delivery services, and wellness services.

With highly relevant legal research skills combined with a compassionate heart, Ms. Mercado brings value, not only to the Firm, but also to its’ clients.
